Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ESPX Bit, an iOS application operated by Life of Reilly LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). The App is developed by Barry Anthiny Reilly. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
What the App provides
ESPX Bit helps you understand the general mood and public conversation surrounding sports teams and players. It generates concise reports and supports follow-up chat powered by artificial intelligence. The content is synthesized from broad sports-related discourse and presented for your personal reference.
The App is designed for convenience and overview — not as a substitute for official statistics, verified news sources, or professional advice of any kind.
Your side of the bargain
When using ESPX Bit, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
- Enter only text you are comfortable having processed — team names, player names, and sports-related questions
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the App or its third-party integrations
- Not use the App to harass, impersonate, or transmit harmful content
You are responsible for the text you submit. Do not type personal information, credentials, or sensitive data into the chat — the App is built for sports analysis, and only that text is transmitted for processing.
AI-generated content
Reports and chat responses are created by OpenAI, a third-party service. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Sentiment summaries reflect perceived public tone — not verified facts. Always cross-check important information with authoritative sources before making decisions based on App content.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any AI-generated material. Use it as a starting point for understanding conversation trends, not as ground truth.
No user-to-user platform
ESPX Bit is not a social network. Users do not send messages to one another, share profiles, or exchange personal data through the App. There is no community feed, no direct messaging between users, and no mechanism for you to access another person's information. Your interaction is solely between you, the App, and its integrated services.
Third-party services
The App depends on external providers to operate. These include:
- OpenAI — processes the text you type to generate reports and chat replies. Only your submitted message content is sent; no personal profile data is attached.
- Singular — provides analytics and install attribution using pseudonymous device identifiers.
- OneSignal — delivers push notifications using a unique device token, if you choose to enable alerts.
Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their practices, though we select them to support core App functionality.
Privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. In summary: the developer does not collect personal information. At most, pseudonymous identifiers are used for analytics and push delivery. The only content you transmit is the sports-related text you enter.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, branding, and original content are owned by Life of Reilly LTD. AI-generated text is provided for your personal use within the App. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit App content without our written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
ESPX Bit is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the reliability of AI-generated insights. Sports narratives change quickly; the App may not reflect the latest developments in real time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life of Reilly LTD and Barry Anthiny Reilly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including losses related to betting, fantasy sports, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Life of Reilly LTD's jurisdiction of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
