The short version: ESPX Bit does not collect your personal information. You type sports-related text into the app; that text may be processed by third-party AI services to generate reports. We do not run a social network — users never exchange data with each other.
Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to ESPX Bit (the "App"), published by Life of Reilly LTD. The individual responsible for this policy is Barry Anthiny Reilly. If you have questions, reach us at director@life-of-reilly-ltd.com or +44 7418 601336.
What ESPX Bit actually does with your data
ESPX Bit is a sports mood scanner. You enter a team or player name, receive an AI-generated summary, and optionally continue the conversation in chat. That is the entire scope of interaction. The developer does not maintain profiles filled with personal details, does not sell data, and does not build advertising audiences from your behavior inside the app.
When you use the chat or request a report, the only user-provided content transmitted is the text you type — typically a team name, player name, or follow-up question about sports. No address book, no photo library, no location trail, no payment card, no government ID. Just the words you choose to send.
What we do not collect
To be explicit, Life of Reilly LTD does not intentionally gather:
- Your real name, home address, or contact details (unless you voluntarily email us outside the app)
- Financial or government identification information
- Contents of your device outside what you explicitly type into the App
- Data exchanged between users — because users do not communicate with each other through ESPX Bit
Third-party services
Like most modern apps, ESPX Bit relies on independent providers to function. These are third-party services — they operate under their own policies, not ours. We integrate them because the App needs analytics, push notifications, and AI text generation. Here is what each category involves:
OpenAI — text generation
Report summaries and chat replies are produced using OpenAI, a third-party artificial intelligence service. When you submit a scan or chat message, the text of that message is sent to OpenAI so it can generate a response. That is the full extent of what leaves your device for this purpose: only the text you typed, related to sports analysis. OpenAI processes this content according to its own terms and privacy practices. We do not attach your name, email, or other personal identifiers to these requests.
Singular — analytics & attribution
Singular is a third-party analytics and attribution platform. It may receive a pseudonymous device identifier — essentially a random ID that helps us understand how the App is installed and used in aggregate. This identifier is not your name and cannot be used by us to look you up in a phone book. Singular's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy.
OneSignal — push notifications
If you opt in to notifications, OneSignal, a third-party push delivery service, stores a unique device token so alerts can reach your phone. Again, this is a technical identifier for delivery — not a dossier of who you are. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Identifiers we may use
The maximum extent of "personal" data in our ecosystem is limited to:
- A pseudonymous device or session ID for analytics (via Singular)
- A push notification token if you enable alerts (via OneSignal)
These exist to keep the App functional and measurable — not to profile you as an individual.
Data retention
Your latest scan session is stored locally on your device so you can resume where you left off. We do not operate a central database of your conversations. Third-party providers may retain data for their own operational periods as described in their respective policies.
Children
ESPX Bit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
